Melissa Frizzell

I am excited to serve as an Educational Classroom Assistant, bringing both classroom experience and a heart for helping students grow and thrive. Last year, I had the opportunity to serve in this same capacity at CLA, where I gained valuable experience supporting students and working alongside the tutor. As a homeschooling parent of three, education has been a meaningful part of my life. Homeschooling has taught me that every child learns differently and that patience, encouragement, and individualized attention can make a lasting difference in a student’s confidence and progress.

    In my role, I will work closely with the tutor to provide smaller group settings, allowing students to receive more individualized support and attention, particularly in reading, spelling, and writing. My goal is to meet students where they are, encourage their growth, and help them build both academic skills and confidence. I am grateful for the opportunity to support our students and contribute to a positive, encouraging learning environment.
