Payment Terms - Classes
If you are paying tuition with private funds, submit full payment of upon enrolling to the individual class tutor. Total costs must be completed before the start of class for each semester.
Or
When using Charter Funds, submit vouchers before the start of each semester to any of the following accepted charter schools: American River, Clarksville, Cottonwood, Sutter's Mill, Visions. Submit a voucher for each tutor and class that your student is taking. If vouchers are not submitted, refer to the private pay policy.
Important note:
Once a class has begun, fees are non-refundable and parents are responsible for the full semester class fees, irrespective of whether the student withdraws from the course for any reason.
If applicable, the instructor will contact you for any unpaid portion of the tuition.
Parents are responsible for the full semester fees payable to the instructor, whether through private pay or charter funds, not to CLA.
Payment Terms- Membership
Submit your non-refundable family membership fee in full with a 10% discount on before the first day of the school year. Discount does not apply to high school membership fee.
Or
Submit your non-refundable family membership fee in two installments, being made on or before the first day of each school semester. No discount applied.
Refund Policy
Membership fees:
Please note that membership fees are due on or before the beginning of the school year or the beginning of each semester. Membership fees are non-refundable once the school year and/or the semester begins. This policy ensures that resources are allocated efficiently for all participants. Fees will not be refunded for leaving the program or removal of a student for any reason. If fees are refunded before a student starts the program in August, the amount refunded will be the same amount that was paid, regardless of discounts given.
